INITIAL CONSULTATION :

​

During your initial consultation, we will discuss what has brought you to counselling,

what you hope to gain from therapy, and the approach and likely duration best suited to your individual needs.

​

You may choose either a standard 50-minute consultation

or an extended consultation lasting 1 hour and 40 minutes.

 

The extended consultation provides more time to explore what has brought you to therapy,

your personal history and what you would like to achieve.

​

50 minutes : £65 for individuals / £110 for couples

1 hour 40 minutes : £130 for individuals / £220 for couples

​

Concessionary rates are available on a sliding scale.

​

SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS

Clients may choose between standard and extended session.

Clients may choose between standard and longer length sessions. 

​

50 minute session - £65 individuals / £110 couples

1 hour 40 minute sessions - £130 individuals / £220 couples

WORKSHOP PACKAGES

GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY EVENINGS

Both workshop packages and group psychotherapy evenings

include all session materials and refreshments.
